Hypothetically (if my math and logic are correct), you could bet $40 on Houston on MGM and $70 on Arizona on DK and be guaranteed to break even (payout $110) with any outcome other than Houston win by 3. If Houston wins by 3, you win both bets (payout $220).
You'd be better off taking Houston Win Margin by 1-10 on Fanduel (+210). It sounds to me like you're essentially betting that Houston wins by exactly 3 - not likely. If you take win margin, at least you got 1-3 pts to play with for Arizona to cover +3.5

I am betting this on Houston to win by exactly 3, but I am guaranteed to break even with any other outcome. Houston wins by 3, I win both bets. It is a long shot, but a risk free one. Betting Houston 1-10, would lose both bets if Houston wins by 10+.
