He's a POS. He probably shot at his baby mama or his mama. They all used to fight in the driveway of "their" house in Laurel Hill (nice neighborhood). We used to live in there and glad as frick we moved away from this trash.

The first line in RS 14:30.1 says a human being must be killed, so I’m not sure how you can get booked on that charge for just shooting at someone.
