I mean, only having 3 legit QBs (before Daniels) throwing to 10-12 WRs could lead to sore arms.
It’s why NFL teams have camp arms so they don’t wear down their starters prior to the season. Drew Brees’ shoulder would have exploded if he was forced to throw to all the WRs non-stop who were trying to get reps in camp.

Brady never stops throwing. Dude can be on vacation and will turn a game of catch with friends into a workout for himself.
