I went with the Luxe 185 as well. I decided to make the jump after the thread on the OT a couple weeks ago. I thought the warmed water would be necessary but that thread convinced me to try one of the cheaper models, I figured if it worked as well as everyone said I would just upgrade to a Toto or another high end unit with warming.
After using the luxe for a couple of weeks I just don’t see a point in upgrading now. If I end up needing to replace a complete toilet down the road I will definitely be considering a Toto with bidet but for now I am good with the Luxe unheated.
