When Kamala all of a sudden seems smart, then your actress double theory is plausible.
That isn't Kamala Harris. I'm not saying she's a smart woman, but the actress would presumably be playing dumb considering the point is to script this administration as a feckless, idiotic trainwreck.
They wouldn't bring an actress in to make her look like a scholar.

They need an actress to play Kamala Harris, why? Is the real her too busy?
