I must have a special app then as most seem to be fairly accurate whenever I've checked and the last reported price time for many of those prices is less than an hour ago.
FWIW I'm filling up right now paying $3.07 per gallon.

I went to work the other day and gas was 3.49 in the morning.
Left work and gas was up to 3.59
Gas Buddy absolutely can't keep up.
