What are the chances that the end of the post-World War II “Great Peace” in Western Europe is over and British, French, German, and Italians standing military forces and budgets are forced to increase to comparable levels to give Putin a moment of pause?

A lot of that shite dates back to the 40s and 50s, as “guest workers” were brought in after so many died in WWII and never sent home afterward.
