I feel Entergy should stop being retarded and invest in an undergrounds system that wouldnt be affected nearly as bad as an above ground system.

NOLA and BR are small parts of their metro areas... we'd be a red state even without North LA due to their suburbs and the Lafayette and Lake Charles areas
