I can't speak to that particular hull but I have a 2018 Yamaha F300 on my bay boat. With 600+ hours its been flawless with regular maintenance. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a used charter boat provided it was priced accordingly and I knew that going into it.
As someone else mentioned, I'd verify with a Yamaha dealer that the warranty is transferable when it has been in used as a charter boat.
My warranty defines the warranty as 3 years for pleasure use (most dealers extend to 5) and for "Commercial Application" One (1) year from date of purchase. A commercial use is any use of the outboard motor to generate income (excluding tournament fishing) or support business operations in any way during the warranty period without regard for the type of percentage of commercial use.
Here's a link to the warranty info I found online. Its on p. 112.
