By the very definition of assault the black kid made the first contact.

Incorrect. Assault is physical contact with the express purpose to do harm or injure. Pushing someone’s hand out of your face doesn’t fit that description; but shoving them absolutely does.

Assault is "an intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact."

We can play semantics all day long on assault. It doesn't matter though. The question was who instigated the fight. The black kid made contact first.

This is the correct view. However, in this case that's not really relevant. It was a fairly equal fight, and when the cops arrived, it didn't matter who instigated it. Some dipshits in this thread are claiming that the ot is racist because we aren't in arms against the police in this video. This is all because the video showed the black kid getting cuffed and then the video cut out before they cuffed the white kid. If you listen to the endoctrinated bitch recording, you can tell it's a misleading clip. Both kids got cuffed and who cares how exactly it happened...nothing to see, move on with life. Everything is not racially motivated like people want it to be.
