Race starts are chaotic and drivers weave sideways all the time. The danger occurs when someone gets a bad start and people are trying to get by. It was ruled as a racing incident, and that was what it was.

I will say it speaks to my earlier post...
3 things I DO NOT miss watching:
1. Qualifying
2. LIGHTS OUT
3. Martin Brundle Grid Walk the guy is Legendary!
BUT
I watched entire British GP.
Fast, wide circuit and lots a RACING!
