Instead, users will be directed to mail a self-completed government-issue negative Covid19 test for DNA sampling as well as an 8 x 10 glossy photo of their nude body that includes their face. Tax payers will in year two be required to submit a fecal sample, semen/egg sample, and a profile version of the 8 x 10 glossy photo with aroused genitals and/or nipples depending on their self-identified gender pronouns.
