Is it tougher to use livescope in skinny water? I’m talking 1-3’. I’m assuming 4’ and deeper works better

After using it a few days in Belle River and around Verret all I’ll say is sensory overload. 75% of the time I had fish on my screen. Fish being the key word, lots of ‘fish’. So far only schools of small shad is the only thing I’m confident I know what they are

The wind or current has been pretty brutal and having the transducer on the TM makes it kind of tough trying to really inspect cover and see if fish are related or just passing by. Gonna be tough in shallow water I’m thinking but my patience wouldn’t let me stick with it for very long stretches

I did manage to catch a couple bass after spotting ‘fish’ next to pilings under docks. I don’t know man, the book is full blown hardcore sudoku for me so far. Maybe it’s easier it certain places but I’m not seeing it so far
