Very icy...darn near impossible to be out and about. Power outages occurred as iced trees/limbs would snap above power lines. Schools closed. Took a couple of days to recover - Temps weren't real helpful

It was a 3-4 hour commute from Los Colinas to Uptown if that gives you an idea

2013 is another one hard to forget I had moved to las colinas the October prior. I remember being at the grocery store that friday night and kept asking myself "why the frick are there so many people here". Needless to say I didn't have enough groceries. Ended up going out one day to freebirds since they were the only place i could find open.
