walkons sucks. the tv's there are terrible as is the audio. i say ivars or mellow

i always go to walk ons. on top of it just being fun there, theres a lot of talent.
ivars is ok. if you have a group and just want to deal with each other. but i like to run into people that i know.

Varsity is the best but you have to get there early if you want a seat. Walk-Ons is good. Mellow Mushroom is good. Ivars is good.

Brewbachers on Nicholson has a huge tv that you can see from anywhere you are sitting.

What is the set-up like in the Varsity? Is it just a big-arse projection screen over the stage?

Varsity is the best. I like Walk-Ons East and West too. It doesn't take much but a TV and beer to keep me happy.

And the varsity plays the cheers during the game so you don't have to listen too much to Danielson and Lundquist blow their wad over Tebow.

Varsity is really good, also they are getting a new Theater style DLP projector this wednesday.

inside of walkons is solid. the outside tvs are average.
the varsity has projector screens, which are big, but not HD.
pluckers has numerous flat screen, HD tvs, but space is more limited.
brew bacher's on nicholson is average at best. (regarding tvs)
ivar's has one huge flat screen, HD tv in the bar area. the tvs in the larger room are brutal.
zippy's tvs are the absolute worst.
