Day After Loss Blues

How do you go about doing the everyday tasks and block out a melt down like last night?

I won't talk about the game to any co-workers until after lunch. I just sit here and think if this, and if that. Anyone have any post-loss rituals?

Saints looked awesome last night! I am so jacked!!!

Really, you guys need to pull yourself together. It's not often that the Saints have teams as great as the one we have now.
