That was going to be my 1 other suggestion for his group sending emails from Gmail. I *think* there's a way to digitally sign your emails with gmail but I'm not 100% sure. Also, not positive that will solve the problem since I don't think it's on his side BUT it may not hurt.
Curious to hear if this ever got resolved?

As far as I can tell it has been "resolved" on our end, but just now we heard of another Army contact we know having issues on their end. They had to switch over email servers temporarily. We 100% believe it's on the government's end, but they don't seem to agree.
