There will be a buyout, he’ll sit on the coach or a tv studio for a year, McCarthy will fall on his face again next season, then Jerry Jones will get desperate and throw a lot of cash at Payton.

Why would that be considered desperate? Sounds smart on Jerry's part. If it were another owner you'd call them smart.
