iPhone 11 pro frozen with apple logo on screen

Tried reset using up and down buttons then power button - all that happens is logo goes off, then comes back on, still frozen. Was fine when I went to bed at midnight last night, woke up at 0400 and has been the same since. Any suggestions?

Make sure you're doing it right.
Hold and release, up button.
Hold and release, down button.
Hold power button until logo appears - then release.

I had something like this happen to me when I got a brand new iPhone 6 plus back in 2015. Screen would flicker and become unresponsive. Phone was brand new in perfect condition and Apple was going to charge me to fix it.
That was the day I switched to Android and never looked back.
