Video recording software to Mac

I have a camera connected to my Mac and typically record via Zoom. I am looking to record locally to my Mac.
Any recs on cheap/free and user friendly software to do this?

What about QuickTime Player already installed?

You can try. Doesn’t hurt. iMovie works and comes standard on the mac.

I like camtasia
It records screen along with audio.
Can choose to disable mouse in recording as well as specify recording entire screen or just portion.
