Same age. I cut processed carbs, alcohol. prioritized sleep. Went in hard on basic heavy lifts, and feel like a completely different person.

It's hard to recognize how terrible you feel all the time until you feel good after 2-3 weeks without the trash.

For a month: Stop eating by 6pm.

Squats, bench, deadlifts, sauna.

Minimal "vanity muscle" workouts, just the big ones, large muscle groups.

Then go get your levels checked again.
