It's just boring and formulaic. Fett is kind of a pussy and I don't give a shite about the rich and vibrant culture of the Sand People. After the things we've seen them depicted as doing, it's absurd.

Even with that, it's not super woke, but you can see the woke wheels turning. It won't end well.
