Tolmie Peak and Spray Park. - Mt. Rainier Natl. Park (two out and back day hikes originating at Mowich Lake, best during wild flower season in mid to late July)
Sunrise area - Mt. Rainier Natl. Park (multiple day hike options with amazing views of Mt. Rainier, great in early September)
Snowgrass Flats, Pacific Crest Trail, Goat Ridge - Goat Rocks Wilderness Area, Gifford Pinchot Natl. Forest, WA (can be day or multi day hikes)
Pacific Coast - Olympic Natl. Park (60 miles of undeveloped ocean coast within a Natl. Park, with a few gaps, Be sure to use trail, not beach to go around headlands. Highlight areas for day hikes are Shi Shi Beach, Rialto Beach, and Point of the Arches)
