This.
St. Bernard is a different place and the Port hasn't understood yet how to deal with the people here. I think there was another tread that discussed this.

Port is saying it's not their responsibility, it is the state (roads) or railroads.
The port is throwing everything into "the studies will tell us what to do". In my opinion the port has made a huge mistake by not having some of these studies done ahead of time... and by basically throwing everything into being determined through the permit process.
There are waaaay too many questions for this point in this process... and in this community, where there is a lack of factual answers, rumors and fake news will rule the day.
