If you're in the rotation on the interior defensive line, you are a starter. It's not like the "starter" played 80% of the snaps. There's so much rotation going on with those guys. Also Wiggins doesn't play that position and Evans has proven less than Wingo has.

Not to mention the fact that it's widely reported LSU is the favorite to land Wingo.
