As someone already mentioned in this thread I have to imagine there is a Michigan connection here.
The owner, Ross, literally has his name on the UM Business school and there has been a ton of smoke with Harbaugh back to NFL. I don't think you fire Flores here unless you have a lock solid commitment in place
