Thanks. Yes. All settings/passwords, etc. were simply transferred from the old box. I’m realizing that the Roku and other streaming devices are at least 3-5 years old, so replacing them is probably smart ( @ $50 ea, they are not too expensive and may have update internal hardware components that will make a big difference. The more research I do, I’m learning more. From the pole on my street to my tv screen, there are several components (boxes, wires, etc.) that may be weak links restricting performance just cause they are old. Thanks for your help!! They are still selling 2019 model Roku's, yours is probably fine.
