Depends on your lifestyle, age and finances. Personally, I would choose anywhere that the mountains meet the sea but I, like a lot of Louisianans, am trapped by family here.
I tell my kids to move but their wives will say, "But my Daddy's buried here!!!" The graft and corruption will not go away in mine nor my kid's lifespan.
Over 78% of us living here are born here. The highest in the nation.
