I’ve got Jefferson and he’s been a set it and forget it WR all season. Probably dumb for asking this but with Cousins out and it being like 5 degrees in Green Bay tomorrow, should I consider starting Higgins or Mike Williams over Jefferson?

I'd stick with Jefferson myself

That’s what I was thinking but, Higgins went nuts last week and my QB is Herbert so I’d double up on any TDs to Williams.
