throughout the history of Tiger football, if we are both undefeated? I think the return of Saban will give it a special place in Tiger folklore.

There is a lot of football to be played before that happens.

I did say "if", and its not nearly as premature as all the posts about picking the oppoenets in the MNC

Shhh...didn't you know? We're all supposed to be watching film on Florida? We can't talk about Bama yet.

Going to be special regardless of the records.

Given the circumstances of two undefeated teams possibly ranked #1 and #2 + Nick Saban returning to Death Valley + the fact that this would be Alabama finally returning to national prominence + the fact that the SEC west would probably be on the line + the fact the winner would be favored to go to the NC game... I would say that this game would be hyped as this years next "Game of the century" It would probably be the most difficult ticket in Tiger Stadium History as well...

I CAN'T WAIT!

IF we are both undefeated, it will at least be 2 vs 3 with a shot at 1 vs 2.

Pretty big game, but it's importance will be determined by how the rest of the season goes after that game.

Does the fact that Saban already returned to coach a game in Tiger Stadium (the odds of that happening were about 1 in 10,000 - it had never happened before in Saints history) add to or detract from the significance of his collegiate return?

I always thought it was fascinating that less than 10 months later he was back on the Tiger Stadiums sideline in the first and last game the Miami Dolphins would ever play at Tiger Stadium.
