re: Best bolt action hunting rifle under $1000?

My tikka shoots 1/2" groups right out of the box with nosler ammo. With hand loads, 1/3" all day long. Set 1" high at 100yds, dead F-ing bullseye at 200. CRISP trigger.

Eta: the tikka forest is light as a feather, the CZ has some weight.

Also have a CZ 557, didn't see it mentioned. Good rifle, well made, adjustable trigger. Groups sub-MOA with S&B ammo and nosler accubonds. The trigger had a little creep out of the box that was easily fixed.
