Burning calories has 0 to do with the temperature. It’s about moving mass (weight) through a displacement. Your goal is not to lose water weight. People are trying to burn fat.
You could argue different temperatures affect different people in different ways while they are working out. Mostly on how they “feel.” If you feel better you might go longer and/or harder and thus burn more calories.

This is the correct answer. Why did anyone downvote you? It's calories burned, not air temperature.
