The doctor I spoke to said you have to be hospitalized for their group to give it to you. There's a doc on this board who basically said the same thing and made snide comments to people trying to get it.

There's obviously some politics involved when it comes to treatments.

ETA: I've decided that I must have misunderstood what the doctor told me.
