She's frickable, but nothing worth losing sleep over (unless she has the greatest personality in the world and just didn't know how to dress appropriately for a social function, which I highly doubt is the case).

A guy with enough self awareness to know he shouldn't bring a date to a work function dressed like that should be able to find someone better.
