I love turkey necks. Momma would cook up some on occasion. We were a large family of kids. Wasn't much (if anything) that momma put before us that we didn't eat. Including turkey necks. We did pork,chicken/duck/turkey, beef, and mutton. Wild game was a special treat. No coon etc. Just the big six. Momma bought flour, coffee, and sugar. We grew everything else, including the turkey. Fond memories.

Hmmm? Might have to revisit that turkey neck gumbo right soon.
