Guys I worked with used to order them all the time. I've never had them, but they loved them. Seemed like it took a little effort to eat, though. Lots of bone and cartilage. Just didn't seem appetizing to me.

The best oxtail I ever had were at a Chinese restaurant. I was surprised, didn't know they were into oxtail.
