So occasionally concrete does not dry in time. You will blame DOTD? Worked in concrete for about 5 years. Are you going to call the private contractors or the concrete manufacture who delivered the faulty concrete incompetent?

Or how about they just let the drivers drive through soft concrete because you are a whiny bitch who can't handle obstacles.

So you’re saying it was a good idea to (for the second time) to pour concrete on a busy stretch, on a usually busy morning, with 100% humidity, knowing the last time you did the same thing it didn’t cure in time? Like I said, incompetent
