We are teaching kids that commitment means nothing and quitting is an option when it don't get your way. Instead of teaching them to stay and work harder to get 5hat position, I'll just go where it's easier.

SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN

(but its OK if a coach leaves a multi-million dollar job for another multi-million dollar job whenever he pleases)

Ok so why don't coaches have to honor their contracts then?
