What does this have to do with anything? Student athletes have exactly the same rights as all other students to transfer and get their education wherever they please and can get accepted.

Previously the rules for transferring and then playing sports were set by the governing athletic body in the interest of competition. They can and should be able to set whatever rules they want for that, and no matter what the rules are (unless they somehow forced people to participate), it won’t be a violation of anyone’s rights.
