In this case, I don’t think so. Hutson was heavily funded by left wing radicals to the tune of over a million dollars. That’s a huge amount of money for a local election. Her ads and flyers were non-stop, and they were full of lies and bs talking points.
The average voter is just too unsophisticated to understand they were getting played. I don’t think the majority of people who voter for her actually knew what they were voting for.
The communists are taking advantage of the system by using lies and overwhelming amounts of cash.

Again that’s on them. If you are too lazy you take a real good look at the candidates and vote for the shiniest object, that’s on you and you get what you deserve.
This isn’t the first time NOLA has voted for someone who was an objectively bad candidate. Hell it’s more shocking if they actually vote for a good candidate

This is the Soros strategy but this is also Louisiana. It is a red state and impeachment is an available tool if an elected official abuses their position. Need to watch all these Soros bought public officials and the moment they step over the line, impeach them. You impeach one or two of them and it will set a healthy example.
What bothers me is I strongly suspect the republics believe the worse the democrats screw places over, the better it is for them, so they do nothing. No, these are different times. Cannot allow marxists controlled by Soros to run amok even if it is in democrat controlled cities.
