Does anyone know if we offered this linebacker out of Arkansas.

Certainly LSU should offer. He's 6-3, 214 and could one of the best high school linebackers in the nation this fall.
This is a very interesting situation. His father is the head coach at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Naturally, he would have a scholarship waiting there.
He's been outstanding, but hasn't really made that much effort to get his film out to Division I schools. However, now the word is quickly spreading about Simmons, the offers are coming his way from several Division I programs.
