Just got back from a week in the DC area. Had some pretty good meals while we were there.
The wife and I split a Thali platter at Maya Cuisine Restaurant in Bethesda one day for lunch. Really good Indian food.
We took a day trip to Annapolis one day and toured the Naval Academy, which was really cool. Went to a place on the river Cantler's and sat outside on the deck and ate crabs. They were ok, but I definitely prefer the Louisiana way of boiling crabs with the seasoning in the water and hot just shaken over the top.
Homemade past at Sfoglina was delicious.
And I finally tried Ethiopian food at Chercher Ethiopian Restaurant in Bethesda. It was pretty good, but it wasn't my favorite. I'd eat it again, but I'd much rather have Indian food.

That all looks great, especially the Indian food.
We’ve been to that area a few times, and the crab cakes and cream of crab soups are not to be missed.

How much, what size were the crabs?

They were expensive AF, but we wanted the experience so we paid for it. They were supposedly extra large, though I would disagree. $135/dozen.
