PGA Files Another Lawsuit Against LIV
Not sure what it all means, but I think they want to speed up discovery.

Sources told ESPN on Friday that the PGA Tour's attorneys are attempting to obtain a motion to compel from a federal judge that would require Al-Rumayyan to be deposed as part of another federal lawsuit in California involving the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.
The motion to compel would also require the Public Investment Fund, which is reportedly worth more than $500 billion, to release documents to PGA Tour attorneys through discovery.

The PGA Tour is pathetic.

Why? Because they are pursuing legal options to defend themselves against a lawsuit from a competitor in their industry? Yeah that’s ridiculous.

Pretty sure that LIV started this lawsuit.
Can't blame the Tour for exercising their legal options.

If it’s in the same case that is true. But the title of the thread makes it sound like the PGA filed a new suit.
