Is the NFL going to start policing the sidelines more?

With the Tomlin situation I am thinking that the officials are going to be a little stricter on the sideline rules.
With that being said, when will Pete Carroll be fitted for a shock collar? Dude is on the field after every play.

Doubt it. Harbaugh routinely smacked down Petey in college, and then beat him to the Super Bowl last year.
