I've been to a few games, and a few bonfires in my day. The fans are passionate and a little different, but so is LSU. They are good people, though, and will fit very well with the SEC.
I don't know why you're so negative on A&M, but what you're saying isn't what you really feel. You've got some other reason for the A&M hardon, maybe they said you'd never make it academically there and so you had to go to Gumpland. Who knows?

This is perfect. This is a sneak peak of our "There's a Spirit" intro video before games. Nice to see that we are incorporating Texas pride, like we should have been doing a long time ago. Expect to see Texas flags everywhere when we join the SEC. The LSU game is going to be great, but there will be state bragging rights too. Louisiana and Texas have great talent.

I like the state of Texas. But remember, the SEC is united when it comes to sports. We fight it out amongst ourselves like no other conference but when there's an ooc game, we tend to stick together ...not always, but most of the time. That's SEC pride. If it's not there, ya don't belong.

Aggie fans are not used to that type of mentality. I assure you though that it won't take long to get used to it. In fact, I bet you that SEC chants are started up this Sunday against SMU. I would save it for Baylor or Texas, but its inevitable. We are damn proud of our state. Only SEC school in Texas. Texas isn't the deep south, but for sure we will root for our SEC brothers.

Hopefully the bama culture will be able to fit in with us...but all hope is not lost since we did give you guys the "Bear"
maybe you would like to view our new spirit vid..it may give you a better idea of what we are and where we come from. Don't judge us on 10 yrs of bad karma that was handed to us from a bama reject by the name of fran...and no doubt after watching it we can expect more insults but no harm done...we will just prove it on the field.

I agree that the aggies are weird and really easy to make fun of, but they will fit in just fine in the SEC, whether its because they provide competition or another beatstick like UK and Vandy. I think they will help bring in even more TX recruits and will be able to start up a new fun rivalry with LSU and Arky
