Heard a rumor that the SEC turned down Mizzou. I'd give it 70% credibility

No...they don't. They can't even sell out their medium sized stadium. Last year they averaged 10k EMPTY seats per game. They're only the 3rd or 4th most popular team in their state, and their fan base is mostly rural. No one in STL or KC cares about Mizzou.
