Maybe add Boise St as football-only member. quite a few examples of that all over the country. There were no divisions for basketball or baseball in the Big12 when they actually had 12 teams.
Provided Mizzou leaves, add Louisville, BYU and Boise. 12 football teams, 11 full-member teams.

There were divisions for basketball, never for baseball though. In basketball, we did a home and away with the other south schools and a home or away with the north schools.
