What about Cinci and Louisville to Big 12?

It would seem to make sense if WV is going, i guess they could go for BYU afterwards. That would be a pretty nasty bball conference (north division- KU, KSU, ISU, UofL, WV, Cinci, BYU). The Big East would probably have to fold football-wise, UConn and Rutgers could drop down to FCS
