What about a north/south split for the new SEC?

North:
UK
Ark
Vandy
Ole mrs
UT
uGA
Anyone but mizzou
At the end of the season the 1 & 2 from th South plays for the championship, while the North winner gets an auto birth in the liberty bowl.

I'm sure any of the teams you listed as being in the North division would love this set up. As for the south, it would be pretty brutal.
Best way is a East/West split, with Auburn moving East when Mizzou joins.
