So Baylor is sueing ATM, but not Nebraska or Colorado?

Why didn't they sue those two last year?
Baylor had its run. They made way more money than they were supposed to. Hope they bought gold 15 years ago. Cause they ain't gonna get rich with the Sunbelt or Conference USA.

Tv contract ended when they left, I think. They just signed a new tv contract which would probably be voided if A&M left.
Nobody is going to chase down Baylor to add to their conference. They are going to lose a lot of money no matter where they go so they are pissed and want a big final payout.
